The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the admit card for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier-1 examination for various posts that are to be held from 29 August to 7 September 2020. The Commission had earlier released the examination date for the Combined Graduate Level Tier-1 examination.
The admit card of Combined Graduate Level Tier-1 exam is released on the regional websites of 11 zones, where the candidate has applied for the said posts. Due to the spread of pandemic, the SSC CGL Tier-1 exam has been postponed and the exam will be conducted now from 29 August to 7 September 2020.
All the candidates who have applied for the Combined Graduate Level Tier-1 examination are advised to download the admit card in order to appear for the examination. The admit card will have all the necessary information such as candidate name, date of birth, scanned photograph and signature of the candidate as well as details of the examination centre, date and time slot allotted to the candidate.
Moreover, the Commission has already announced the list of candidates who are allowed to attend the examination with either their Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, and Passport instead of their admit card.
All the appeared candidates will be selected based on the performance in Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3 exams followed by a Personality Test/ Interview, conducted by the Commission. The selection process is based on the merits, i.e. the order of merit determined by taking into account the performance of a candidate in all the exams conducted by the Commission.
In order to download the admit card, all the applicants need to ensure that they have met all the eligibility criteria, else their candidature will get cancelled.
