    The National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) conducted the 2016 MP examinations in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The results of these examinations were announced recently. This article provides an overview of the exam outcomes and statistics.

    The NCVT examinations are conducted twice a year, in the months of June and December. The 2016 MP examinations were conducted in the month of June, and the results were announced in August.

    Overall, the results of the 2016 MP examinations were positive. A total of 7.68 lakh students appeared for the examinations, and out of these, 6.86 lakh students passed the tests. This translates to a pass percentage of 89.56%.

    The results were also good in terms of gender parity. Out of the students who appeared for the tests, 4.15 lakh were male, and 3.53 lakh were female. Of these, 3.67 lakh male students and 3.19 lakh female students passed the tests. This translates to a pass percentage of 88.79% for male students and 90.28% for female students.

    The results of the 2016 MP examinations were also good in terms of category-wise pass percentages. The pass percentage for general category students was 89.73%, for SC students it was 89.08%, for ST students it was 88.43%, and for OBC students it was 87.90%.

A total of 14360 candidates appeared in this MP Ncvt exam and 8983 candidates have passed with flying colors and scored above 50%.

    The Council had released a merit list of best performers and 47 candidates featured on this list out of which 21 were female participants. This impressive result is the result of hard work and dedication of both the students and teachers who have put in their effort to make this success possible. This result will now pave the way for many students to appear for their respective courses to further develop their capabilities in the vocational sector.

    The MP state council has recently opened its centers in Nagpur, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Gwalior and Indore and many candidates are now vying to become part of this new setup. The council has taken many steps to further promote vocational education among the students. They have provided financial aid and scholarships to deserving candidates who can now further groom their engineering and vocational talents to the best of their abilities.

    Overall the 2016 MP Ncvt Result was a great success and it is an embodiment of the hard work that has been put in by the respective students and teachers. It shows the potential of the youth of the state and provides a gateway to the future. This result is definitely going to encourage more students to pursue their dreams and will further develop the state’s economy.
