The National Council for Vocational Training or NCVT, an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, of the Government of India, has recently released its results for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) semester examinations. The exams were conducted in various parts of the country, between 20 December 2019 through 26 December 2019 for the MTS semester examinations.
The results have been made available on the official website of NCVT, along with the marks obtained by each student in the respective subjects. Candidates can check their individual results by entering the necessary details like their Application number, Roll number and Date of Birth.
The students who cleared all the subjects and obtained the required marks in all the semesters of the respective courses, have been declared successful and will now be eligible to receive the National Trade Certificate (NTC). Those who could not clear the semesters, have been provided with the opportunity to continue their studies and appear for the re-appearance exams in January 2020.
The NCVT has further stated that those candidates who have cleared the required number of subjects and have been given the NTC, need not appear for the re-appearance exams. It is important to note that the NTC will be valid for three years and the candidates aspiring to work as a multi-tasking staff will have to obtain a fresh NTC after the period of three years for continuing their job as multi-tasking staff.
The NCVT also urges all candidates to maintain the highest ethical standards while appearing for the exams and urge them to read the instructions carefully before commencing the exams. This would improve their scores and help them to get placed in an appropriate organization.
Overall, the release of the NCVT MTS results demonstrates the quality of the examination process and its efficiency in efficiently assessing the knowledge and skills of the candidates taking up the NTC exams. The results also offer validation to the entire training and apprenticeship systems in accordance with the requirements of employers and industry and provide career opportunities to aspiring individuals.
