The National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) declared the exam result for June 2019 on its official website ncvtmis.gov.in on 2nd August 2019. The result was announced for all trades of ITI students across India.
With the NCVT result release, the fate of lakhs of ITI students, who had sat for the examinations in June 2019, has been decided.
This year, overall 951,915 ITI students had appeared for the yearly examination and of these, 799,658 students cleared the examination thereby achieving the overall pass percentage to 84 per cent.
Also a total of 116,401 students were declared to have failed in the NCVT examinations. Moreover, 5,882 students were declared to be ‘absent’.
The exam result has been published in the form of a merit list which is available on the website as well as on the DigiLocker app. The candidates can view their result by logging into their registered accounts with their registered user name and passwords.
In case the candidates do not remember their passwords, the same can be reset by offering a few basic details.
The ministry had conducted the NCVT examinations in June 2019 at various test centres across the country. The students had appeared for the examination from different parts of the country including Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat, among others.
The NCVT exam result can be used to secure admission in ITI colleges for advanced studies as well as for getting jobs in the various fields of trade.
