The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has emerged victorious in the Himachal Pradesh assembly elections 2018, winning 44 of the 68 seats. The Congress party, which had won 36 seats in the 2012 assembly elections, has secured 21 seats this time around. The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and the Communist Party of India (CPI) have won 1 seat each.
