The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the result for class 12 students on June 1, 2021. The students who have appeared in the exams can now check their results online. The results are available on the official website of CBSE. The overall pass percentage for the board exam is 88.78%.
CBSE Result 2021: Class 12
The CBSE Board Examination 2021 was conducted from 4th May to 14th June 2021. A total of 12.06 lakh students had appeared for the exam, out of which 10.59 lakh students cleared the exam with flying colours. Girls outshone boys this year with a pass percentage of 92.45% compared to 85.32% of boys.
Exam Results and Analysis
The overall pass percentage of CBSE 12th Board Exam 2021 is 88.78%. Thiruvananthapuram region has the highest pass percentage of 98.20%, while Patna has the lowest pass percentage of 79.02%. The pass percentage of Delhi region is 91.87% which is higher than the national pass percentage.
The CBSE has also released the list of toppers for the 12th board exam 2021. The toppers are:
- Akansha Singh with 499/500
- Anoushka Chandra with 498/500
- Jatin Goyal with 498/500
The CBSE has also released the list of top three schools in India based on their performance in the 12th board exam 2021. The top three schools are:
- Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, Delhi
- DAV Centenary Public School, Faridabad
- St. Xavier’s Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh
