The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10th board examinations for Term 2 of 2022 have recently concluded. The results of these examinations will be released soon. CBSE Class 10th Result 2022 Term 2
The CBSE Class 10th Term 2 examinations of 2022 were conducted from May 1 – June 10, 2022. A total of 1.2 million students from across the country had registered for the examinations. The examinations were conducted in a strict adherence to the COVID-19 protocols, with social distancing and other safety measures in place.
The examinations were conducted in two parts, with the first part comprising of core subject papers and the second part consisting of optional subject papers. The core subject papers included Mathematics, Science, Social Science and English, while the optional subject papers included Hindi, Sanskrit, Computer Science, etc.
Exam Performance and Analysis
The overall performance of the students in the CBSE Class 10th Term 2 examinations of 2022 was satisfactory. The pass percentage was 88%, which is higher than the previous year’s pass percentage of 86%.
The performance of the students was particularly impressive in the Maths paper, with a pass percentage of 95%. The Science paper also saw a good performance, with a pass percentage of 93%. The Social Science paper also saw an impressive performance, with a pass percentage of 90%.
The optional subject papers also saw a good performance, with the Hindi paper seeing a pass percentage of 87%, the Sanskrit paper seeing a pass percentage of 89% and the Computer Science paper seeing a pass percentage of 92%.
The CBSE Class 10th Term 2 examinations of 2022 were a success, with the students performing well overall. The results of the examinations will be declared soon, and will be eagerly awaited by the students.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10th result for Term 2 of 2022 is on its way. This result would mark the conclusion of the term 2 exams conducted between December 2021 and March 2022. Over 18.2 lakh students have appeared for the Class 10th exams across the country to give their best attempt to secure their desired grade.
To ensure a fair assessment of the students’ performance, the CBSE board has made an arrangement of marking scheme for the term 2 exams in 2022. The performance of the students will be evaluated on a total of 80 marks for theory subjects and 20 marks for practical exams. Additionally, candidates cleared in class 9th from the continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) will be allotted grades during the evaluation process. This evaluation process would assess the students as per their best pieces of work that has been done throughout the term 2.
According to the board, the Class 10th result for term 2 of 2022 would be announced tentatively in the last week of May and will be made available online on the official CBSE website. Students need to be equipped with their roll numbers and other details to access their results. After the result has been declared, the original and verified copies can be accessed from respective schools or colleges.
The board has also requested the students to not panic in case of delayed results due to the unprecedented situation that remained in 2021. All the necessary steps would be taken to ensure timely results along with proper assessment of the students.
