The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12th examination results for the year 2020 have been declared. The exams were conducted from February 15th to March 30th, 2020. This year, a total of 12,03,595 students appeared for the exams, out of which 11,92,961 students have passed.

The CBSE Class 12th Result 2020 was declared on July 13th, 2020 at around 12 pm. The result was declared online on the official website of CBSE. The students can log in to their accounts with their roll numbers and date of birth to check their results.
Exam Analysis and Outcome
The overall pass percentage of CBSE Class 12th Result 2020 is 88.78%, a slight increase from last year’s pass percentage of 88.67%. Girls outperformed boys this year with a pass percentage of 92.45%, while the pass percentage of boys is 86.19%. A total of 17 students scored above 500 marks out of 500, while 24 students scored 499 marks and 43 students scored 498 marks.
The CBSE Class 12th Result 2020 also saw a significant improvement in the pass percentage of students from economically weaker sections. The pass percentage of students from this section rose from 82.28% to 86.78%.
Overall, the CBSE Class 12th Result 2020 has been a success and the students have performed well. The board is now gearing up for the CBSE Class 10th Result 2020 which is expected to be declared in the coming weeks.
